Summary of the role

To shape the development of one of our new products and to extend and scale our technical platform, we are looking for a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer with a strong AI and backend focus.

You will build AI Native products that increase the safety of medical devices and as part of scaling Flinn, you will play a key role in growing our tech team further and building.

For this position, we are looking for a new team member with a fix base in commuting distance to Berlin, Vienna, or Paris to enjoy regular in person interactions paired with great flexibility for remote work.

Your contributions to our journey:

• Be involved in defining and shaping our technical roadmap.
• Drive and spear-head architectural and software design decisions.
• Take part in shaping our software development processes as well as quality and security standards.
• Be hands-on in designing, developing and deploying scalable web applications.
• Mentor other team members and be involved in hiring software engineers.
