- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Finance — anticipate their needs and turn open questions into trustworthy answers.
- Own product event tracking (PostHog, Engineering), closely with Product, Customer Success and Engineering — implement the events in the product and set the naming standards and QA, so we can measure adoption and the success of features.
- Build data transformations using DBT & define and prioritize the BI Roadmap.
- Proactively surface the insights hidden in our data and enable our go-to-market team.
- Own the data and safeguard data quality behind our financial reporting, keep our single source of truth for ARR up to date in HubSpot.
- Build internal automations (n8n, Make, scripting, AI) from removing manual work (invoicing, supplier forms) to building AI agents that act as co-workers — a sales co-pilot, a system that proactively flags underperforming features
- Run BI as a practice: a clear request and prioritisation process and enablement so teams can answer their own questions.

- Automation mindset: Hands-on experience with n8n/Make, APIs and AI-assisted workflows.
- Business thinking: Connects data to decisions and understands what drives each department.
