Your contributions to our journey:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships as the primary point of contact, responding to customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive training on our software.
• Identify future business opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell potential.
• Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve how we work, including using AI, and collaborate closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering.
• Meet customers in person and attend industry events, with travel up to twice a month.

What you need to be successful:

• Several years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, etc where you owned relationships and worked independently.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to twice a month.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of medical device industry and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools.
