About the role

💡
We're looking for someone to join our Go-to-Market team in Vienna, starting as an intern this summer and transitioning into a working student role in fall.
You'll report to our Strategic Business Development Manager, working closely with the Sales team and founders on the data infrastructure and analytics topics the team needs but hasn't had bandwidth to properly own.
This role sits at the intersection of technical and commercial - you'll be building the pipelines, cleaning the datasets, and structuring the systems that power our sales decisions, while also working directly with the sales and GTM people who depend on that data every day.
We want someone who's genuinely technical - strong in Python, comfortable building real data pipelines, structured and systematic - but who also gets energy from working with people, understands what salespeople actually need (not just what's "technically correct"), and can translate between the two worlds. Ideally, you see this as a path to becoming a working student and growing with us long-term.

Your contributions to our journey:
- Build and maintain clean, structured HubSpot data - deduplication, field standardization, data validation rules, and data hygiene processes
- Build pipeline analytics infrastructure - dashboards and reporting logic that make sense of what's actually happening across the funnel
- Write scripts to aggregate and structure data from multiple sources (CRM, market research, competitive intel) into usable, queryable formats
- Work directly with Sales and GTM stakeholders as well as our founders to transform data into a way non-technical people can act on
- Contribute to ICP research, competitive analysis, and pricing work using structured, data-backed methods
- Help build sales collateral grounded in real data rather than assumptions
- Grow into broader ownership over GTM systems, tooling, and analytics as you settle in
Attributes we are looking for:
Must-have
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar)
- Strong, hands-on Python skills - you should be able to write scripts to clean, transform, and aggregate data independently, not just follow tutorials
- Basic SQL for querying and working with structured data
- Strong analytical thinking with genuine comfort in data work
- Strong communicator who's comfortable explaining data clearly, good at clarifying, and adapts output to what the audience actually needs
- Detail-oriented and systematic - this role is about building reliable systems, not one-off tasks
- Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently once briefed
