Our approach

At Flinn, we embrace flexibility to accommodate different work preferences and lifestyles. However, we also firmly believe in the strength of personal connections and interactions.

• We seek candidates who share this mindset and are eager to join us in one of our hubs in Vienna or Berlin. We are excited about expanding our hubs in the future to cities like New York.
• For candidates who we would like to join us on our journey and are not yet in one of our hub locations, we will of course support them in relocating.
• For those joining us in one of our hubs, there are no strict rules or minimum number of days required in the office. While we love the energy of being in the office, we also understand the value of changing environments to truly live life while staying productive.
• Beyond the day-to-day, the whole team comes together quarterly at our offsites, regardless of hub.

As you can see, at Flinn we believe in the balance of flexibility and personal connection. We provide the opportunity to work remotely while still fostering strong team bonds in our hubs.

🚫 Nothing for: Individuals who prefer 100% remote work without any personal contact or individuals who prefer 100% personal contact, as communication and documentation are remote-first with team members being spread across two different locations.
