- Oversee and project manage the enterprise backlog in line with company priorities, customer commitments, and engineering capacity.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and other PMs to — making smart trade-offs between bespoke and reusable solutions
- Drive alignment across stakeholders — from enterprise customers and third-party partners to customer success, sales, and internal product team
Additionally you lead various initiatives to streamline the operational success of our product
- Take ownership of product operations related to client workstreams, that are engineering-light but coordination-heavy
- Be the first go-to person for cross-team requests landing in the Clinical Group — triaging, routing, and updating stakeholders

- Establish standards based on repeating operational workstreams, and propose reusable blueprints that compound our delivery speed over time.
What you need to be successful:
- Strong ownership and bias for action. You take full accountability for outcomes, move with urgency in a fast-paced environment, and follow through on commitments without being chased.
- Project and program management instincts: comfortable running a delivery plan with milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple parties.
- Highly structured. You are able to turn unstructured inputs and feedbacks into a clean artifact — a flow diagram, a scoping doc, or a decision record — that your team can act on without clarification.
- Strong external stakeholder management, especially with enterprise customers and third-party technical partners. You drive alignment across organizations without losing momentum, and you're comfortable representing Flinn in a room full of senior counterparts.
